IoT/Edge Multi-Sensor Heterogeneous Network with Advanced Analysis
In our solutions, we incorporate our own embedded hardware platforms for customised, accurate and real-time sensor data collection through a variety of sensors and their optimal combinations per use case, and advanced signal processing for data fusion and analysis. Our data analysis executes either at the edge and/or on the cloud depending on the use case, and is based prominently on digital signal processing (DSP), computer vision (CV), and artificial intelligence (AI) methods enabling critical technologies such as automation, process control, fault/anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and structural health monitoring. Such technologies are utilised in various industry sectors such as manufacturing of goods, automotive, transportation, textile, chemicals, agriculture, energy, and construction. We tested our advanced solutions in actual manufacturing/factory settings with superior performance at technology readiness levels (TRL) between 6 and 8. Such solutions contribute to more adaptable, expandable and configurable systems/methods resulting in more optimised, competitive and resilient industrial processes against varying use-case specific requirements.
Workforce/Workplace Security, Safety, and Health
We have an array of digital transformation solutions for more secure and safer workplace for the safety and health of workforce. Our solutions include workplace condition monitoring such as the measurement of acoustic noise and pollutant levels for keeping the workplace in accordance with the health standards; lone worker man-down detection and monitoring in cluttered indoor working areas for possible medical emergencies; personnel identification (face, voice, digital tag, etc.) for security clearance to restricted areas; logistics vehicle/driver monitoring; and the tracking of autonomous ground vehicles within a factory.
